Now that is sweet. Carved out, Built up, or both? I loved ceramics class in HS. Hmmmn. Though once you learned how to finesse red clay it was so much more difficult (imo) to work gray. XD :) I loved making the slurry though, but then I've always loved playing in muck. HAHA :)
